Church Farm Storage Rules
At Church Farm Storage, we kindly request:
DO NOT
- Allow any other person entry into the storage facility.
- Enter the storage facility directly behind someone else.
Failure to comply with these rules will lead to you being locked within the compound, which will trigger the alarm system. Repeated violations of our storage facility's rules may result in eviction.
Tailgating is STRICTLY PROHIBITED - anyone found tailgating within the facility will be asked to vacate our storage compound and may incur a fine.
ALWAYS
- Ensure your vehicle is parked in the appropriate pitch.
- Park as far away from the roadside as feasible.
If you are storing a caravan, please remove all corner steady blocks when exiting the storage facility. Also, confirm all gas bottles are turned off. When entering or leaving the compound, make sure the gate closes behind you. If the gate fails to open or close for any reason, please promptly notify the reception.
Tailgating Warning - We operate extensive CCTV surveillance across all entrances and exits of our storage facility. Any instances of tailgating will be treated seriously, possibly leading to the removal of your vehicle from the compound and the imposition of a fine.
Strict adherence to our Opening & Closing hours is mandatory. Please familiarise yourself with them as you will not be able to enter or exit the facility outside these hours. If you happen to get locked within the facility, please contact the emergency number you have been provided. This will alert several staff members who will be more than happy to assist you in leaving the facility. There have been instances in the past where staff had to be called out of hours to reset our alarm and release customers from the facility. In such cases, a £60 penalty will be levied on the customer. Please take note of the listed opening and closing hours.
